Ingredients

4 ounces frozen wild or organic blueberries

2-3 tablespoons of hulled hemp seeds

2 tablespoons of almond butter

2 tablespoons chia seeds

4 ounces of unsweetened hemp or almond milk

½ banana

Four walnuts

Three brazil nuts

Small handful of pumpkins seeds

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.

Be sure to add enough water so that the smoothie is not so thick that it is hard to drink usually need to fill the liquid about an inch or two above the contents.

Phase 2: after week one also include

-- Three brazil nuts

-- Four walnuts

-- Small handful of pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

-- A few hazelnuts, too

These will make the smoothie very filling and increase the protein, fiber and healthy fats and nutrients.
