Ingredients
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ banana
1 scoop of protein powder (no sugar added) – whey protein best for muscle building
1 cup coconut milk beverage (no sugar added – aim 20 grams of protein) -or almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, fat free milk
1 tbsp. chia seed
Dash of cinnamon
Natural no-calorie sweetener (optional)
(for a satisfying snack cut the recipe in half!)
