EARTH AND TURF Burger ingredients:• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon porcini mushroom powder
• 9 ounces button mushrooms
• 12 ounces Portobello mushrooms
• 9 ounces shiitake mushroom caps
• Butter, as needed
• Dash of lemon juice
• 12 ounces beef chuck, ground
• 9 ounces beef short rib, ground
• 9 ounces beef brisket, ground
• Rosemary and thyme sprigs
Mushroom Ketchup ingredients:
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups shiitake mushrooms stems
2 cups water
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
Additional ingredients for burger:
• A soft brioche bun, whole wheat, or gluten free bun and have also an iceberg or Large Bok choy as lettuce wrap alternatives
• Sliced Vidalia onions that will be simmered in yellow mustard

Healthy Side:
A bowl of tiny potatoes , showered in smoked paprika and served with the yogurt sauce.
Healthy Milkshake:
• 2 cups any designer milk ( cashew, rice, soy, etc )
• 2 bananas
• 8 pitted soft dates
• A sprinkle of cinnamon
• A splash of vanilla extract
