Ingredients

1 tablespoon chopped chipotle in adobo
1 tablespoon sauce
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup walnuts
Kosher salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together maple syrup, soy sauce, chipotle with sauce, lime juice, and garlic.
2. Toss sprouts with oil, season with salt
3. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast until crisp-tender, about 25-30 minutes.
4. Brush the sprouts with the glaze, then continue roasting until crispy, about 10 minutes more.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
