August DeWindt’s Easy Cole Slaw
Ingredients
● ¾ cup mayonnaise
● 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
● Salt & pepper to taste
● ½ teaspoon sugar
● 4 cups shredded cabbage
● 1 cup shredded red cabbage
● 1 large carrot shredded
Directions
● In a large mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
● Toss in the shredded cabbage and carrots. Mix until well combined. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for an hour to chill before serving.
