(e) I own or have obtained all rights necessary from any persons participating in my Photo submission and by uploading my Photo/Entry Information, I authorize the uses permitted in Sponsor’s Terms Of Use and the Official Rules;
(f) I grant the Sponsor license to make all such uses of the Photo/Entry Information;
(g) I warrant and represent that I am the Entrant identified above and that I have the full authority to enter myself in LIVE’s Halloween Photo Contest(“Contest” and ”Sweepstakes”). By submitting my Photo/Entry Information in the Contest, I agree to permit the Sponsor to use my Photo/Entry Information or any portion thereof (per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy), including but not limited to the Photo, Entrant and Subject's name(s), city, state of residence, likeness, biological material and any other information and/or materials provided; and agree that Sponsor can distribute and display my Photo/Entry Information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the Contest Web Site or online Gallery for Contest judging, public viewing, public voting and for publicity, promotion and advertising purposes, worldwide in perpetuity, in any media (without compensation), now existing or hereinafter created or conceived.
