LIVE’s Summer Escape Tune-in-to-Win Rules
I. NAME OF SPONSORS
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Live with Kelly & Michael, WABC, Disney/ABC Domestic Television, 77 West 66th Street, New York, NY 10023 (Hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”).
II. ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of August 18, 2014 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Live with Kelly & Michael, WABC, Disney/ABC Domestic Television, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Viewers should watch Live with Kelly & Michael from Monday, August 18, 2014 through Friday, August 29, 2014 for a chance to win 1) Grand Prize, a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip (“Trip”) for winner and one (1) travel companion to Red Mountain Resort in Ivans, Utah (“Resort”); 2) a series of daily sweepstakes whereby one (1) winner per day will be selected by random in a drawing for a chance to win a daily prize (“Daily Sweepstakes”). Each Daily Sweepstakes starts at 10 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET that same day (“Daily Sweepstakes Period”).
There will be one question for each show day that will appear on-screen during the second half of each show’s broadcast. The question will be about something that was said or appeared on that day’s show and/or a statement of common knowledge.

2. By selecting “Live’s Summer Escape Tune In To Win” option on the websites viewers will be sent to a page to enter the Sweepstakes. Fill out the entry form providing full legal name, current address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, age, and your daily answer (“Entry”). By providing such information entrant gives sponsor permission to use the email address and cell phone number provided to contact him/her regarding the sweepstakes.
Entrants can submit (1) one entry per day, between the hours of 10:00AM EST and 11:59PM EST on the same show day, but only entries with correct answers (“The Correct Answer Entries”) will be eligible to win a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for “Answers” not received. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of Correct Answer entries received.
Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address/per show day during the sweepstakes period.
Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
Winner of the each “Daily Sweepstakes” will be selected by random drawing from all Correct Answer Entries submitted during that day’s Daily Sweepstakes Period. Limit one Daily Sweepstakes prize per entrant.
Winner of the grand prize will be selected by random drawing from all Correct Answer Entries received during any of the Daily Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor may or may not draw and/or announce the winner’s name on air.
During the week of Monday, September 8, 2014 all random drawings will be conducted. Daily Prize and Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone. If any winner does not contact LIVE at the specified number within 5 business days the winner will be disqualified.
In the event winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries from the same entry pool.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZE(S)
Ten (10) “Daily Sweepstakes” prizes will be awarded: Each Daily Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab® S 8.4". Odds of winning a “Daily Sweepstakes” Prize depends on the total number of Correct Answer Entries received during that particular Daily Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip (“Trip”) for winner and one (1) travel companion to Red Mountain Resort in Ivins, Utah (“Resort”). The Trip will consist of the following elements: (A) hotel accommodations (including room tax) for six (6) nights; (B) round-trip coach class air transportation for up to two (2) persons total on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor selected major airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) Resort; and (C) three (3) meals daily with non-alcoholic beverages at the “Resort”.
Grand prize winner must take trip by March 26, 2015 and must decide on the timing of Trip within three (3) months of drawing date. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to, food/beverages, round-trip transportation between the winner's residence and the airport of origin; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; telephone calls; merchandise; souvenirs; incidental expenses, parking and tips and gratuities. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. If any of the grand prize winner’s companions is a minor, the winner must be such companion's parent or legal guardian. Each winner and his or her companions must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Daily Sweepstakes prize: $399.00 (“Daily Sweepstakes Prize”).
Approximate retail value of the grand prize package to the Red Mountain Resort in Utah (“ARV”): $4,999.00, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except it is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prizes. Prize elements may not be separated. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local taxes and/or local laws and regulations, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize The Trip. Winner must also submit, a valid executed IRS form W9.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Live with Kelly & Michael, WABC, Disney/ABC Domestic Television, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and Facebook from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guests or travel companions, if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
