OFFICIAL RULES
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
I. SPONSORS: WABC-TV, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"), LIVE with Kelly and Michael, ("LIVE" or “Show”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sponsor").
II. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (except Quebec), and a Facebook user.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ABC, LIVE or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prizes, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, (8:30AM ET Thursday February 6th, 2014 to Thursday, February 13th, 2014 12PM ET).
You can enter by:
1. Going to the www.facebook.com/LIVEKellyandMichael page, hit “LIKE” US and then click on the RED CARPET GIVEAWAY app and provide all information requested.
2. Follow the instructions provided to complete the entry process (name, address, contact telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth). Entrants will also be asked to submit a question for LIVE to ask on the red carpet. Questions may or may not be used on air.
Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Entries are limited to once every 24 hours per person/per email address.
Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, delayed or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind in connection with entries or the entry process, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
For FACEBOOK entries, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to FACEBOOK as this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by FACEBOOK, nor is FACEBOOK associated with this Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to FACEBOOK.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period up to the time of the drawing as specified below. Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn, one (1) each at approximately 12pm ET on February 7th, 11th and 13th 2014.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Winners must respond by 6pm ET on the day of notification. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Limit one prize per winner for this sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZE(S)
Each winner will receive 2 tickets to join an Oscar Fan Experience, which includes two seats in the bleacher area that runs alongside the Red Carpet; admission for two (2) to an exclusive viewing party following the arrivals; and two (2) tickets to LIVE’s After Oscars Show (taking place in Los Angeles Monday March 3rd, 2014 at 6am PST).
Flights, hotel and ground transportation are not included. Winner must make all of their own arrangements, including but not limited to travel, lodging, dining and transportation arrangements. Winner and their designated guest must be the same two people to attend all events associated with this prize; Winner may not bring different guests to each or any of the three different parts of the prize. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Winners will be contacted by a representative of the Oscar Fan Experience Team and required to fill out documents and clear a background check for themselves and their guest. All documents must be submitted to the Oscar Fan Experience Team by 5pm PST on Friday February 14th, 2014. Failure to meet requirements and clear background check will result in forfeiture of prize.
Prize has no approximate retail value and the Oscar Fan Experience is not available for purchase.
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of show /event/meeting or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill any element of the prize. The prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill any element of the prize, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of the prize.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Buena Vista Television, LLC, WABC-TV, American Broadcast Companies, Inc., LIVE with Kelly and Michael, Facebook, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
List of winners will be posted on www.livekellyandmichael.com for 60 days after sweepstakes end date.
