Andrea has a 20-year career as animal behavior expert. She is the author of numerous books, including Barron’s Dog Training Bible, Dog-Friendly Dog Training, Train Your Dog the Lazy Way, and The Little Book of Dog Tricks.

Andrea is currently on Animal Planet’s hit shows Dogs101, Cats101, and America’s Cutest Pet. She was the trainer for the Emmy Award winning show, The Pet Department, as well as Underdog to Wonderdog. Andrea has been the behavior columnist for Dog Fancy magazine, served on the Board of Directors of The Association of Pet Dog Trainers, and is a volunteer and active supporter of The Animal Legal Defense Fund and Pets for Patriots
