LIVE’s Eat It, Like It: Summer COOK OFF SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”) 77 West 66th Street, New York, NY 10023.
II. ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of May 26th, 2017 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Disney/ABC Domestic Television, WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to nominate or be nominated. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Prize Winner must be 21 years or older by travel date, if younger, one (1) guest must be 21 years or older in order to use Prize. If won by a minor, Prize will be awarded in parent’s or guardian’s name. The potential winner (and/or parent or legal guardian, if winner is a minor) is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release prior to prize award. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Viewers should watch LIVE with Kelly & Ryan from May 26th, 2017 through August 11th, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Every week a COOK Off segment featuring a guest Chef will air on the show (except for one week, see schedule below). Following the show, a video of the COOK Off segment will be posted on the LIVE with Kelly & Ryan Facebook page from 10:00AM ET to 2:00PM ET each Friday starting May 26th, 2017.
Viewers can enter the Sweepstakes on the LIVE with Kelly & Ryan Facebook page or on the livewithkellyandmark.com website. Entrants will receive (1) one entry into the drawing for each “Vote” they submit. To enter a “Vote” Entrant must “Like” and “Share” the COOK Off segment posted on our page. The “Vote” can be submitted between the hours of 10:00AM (ET) and 2:00PM (ET) Friday to Tuesday (the weekly “Entry Period”) during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants can enter once every weekly entry period during the sweepstakes.
To enter on the website, select the “LIVE’S Eat It, Like It: Summer COOK OFF” option on www.livewithkellyandmark.com, and then viewers will be sent to the LIVE with Kelly & Ryan Facebook page to enter the Sweepstakes.
To enter on Facebook directly, go to the LIVE with Kelly & Ryan Facebook page www.facebook.com/LIVEKellyAndRyan, “Like” and “Share” the COOK Off segment posted on our page. Each week a COOK Off segment video will appear with a new guest chef and recipe. Entrants have a total 10 opportunities to enter this sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. For Facebook entries, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook as this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Facebook.
Odds of winning a prize depends on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
Limit (1) entry per person/email address during each weekly entry period.
LIVE can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your registration and/or” Vote”. All “Votes” by must be submitted in compliance with rules, any “Vote” that is deemed inappropriate will not be considered a valid entry and will not be eligible to win a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for “Votes” not received. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes.
Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form. Except as otherwise addressed by these rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
One (1) Prize winner will be selected on or about August 10, 2017 by random drawing from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, according to the schedule below:

Sponsor may or may not draw and/or announce the winner’s name on air.
The potential winner will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook, starting August 10th, 2017. Failure to respond to the initial verification message within forty-eight (48) hours after initial notification to the potential Winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner. Potential Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within two (2) business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, 1099 tax form, W-9 Form and winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, in addition to any other documentation required by Sponsor (collectively, “Verification Documents”). If potential Winner does not respond to the initial notification within forty-eight (48) hours as set forth above, if Verification Documents are not returned to Sponsor within the specified time period, if potential Winner cannot use travel voucher by designated dates, if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, if potential Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if potential Winner cannot or does not accept the prize for any reason, prize may be forfeited and potential Winners will be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing (time permitting) from remaining eligible entries received from the same entry pool. Each Canadian resident who is a potential winner will be required to answer correctly a mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect a prize.
Entrants may not have won a prize from LIVE in this contest within the last 60 days. Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZES
One (1) Winner will receive a Grand Prize trip package (“Trip”) to The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino (“Resort”). Hotel accommodations for Winner and one (1) travel companion for seven (7) days/six (6) nights; (2) two Swedish massages at the Mandala Spa and food/beverage credit of $150 per night ($900 total for 6 nights) to use at any of the resort’s ten bars and eateries (all expenses not specifically provided in the trip package is the sole responsibility of the Winner). Two (2) Roundtrip, coach fares for air travel from a major airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) to be selected by Sponsor on a Sponsor-selected carrier (“Airline”). Winner must provide dates for Trip to Sponsor within three (3) months of drawing date and has one (1) year (until August 10, 2018) to take trip, excluding blackout dates. Some restrictions may apply.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are Winner’s sole responsibility. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply.
Winner must be 21 years or older by travel date in order to use prize. If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent’s or guardian’s name. Each winner and his or her companions must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID. Passport required for entry to Aruba.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize package is $4,880.00.
The ARV's of all prizes are furnished by the prize suppliers. For travel prizes where air transportation is included, the round-trip coach-class air transportation element of the prize begins and ends at a major commercial airport near winner's residence or in some cases from selected gateways as designated in the travel prize package. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. If winner elects to travel without a guest(s), no additional compensation will be awarded. If a Prize trip is outside the U.S. or Canada (if winner is a resident there), winner and guest(s) (if applicable) are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including passports and visas. The U.S. State Department requires all international travelers to present a government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information please visit the State Department's consular website www.travel.state.gov or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's website www.dhs.gov. In the event that a prize component is not available during the time of the trip for whatever reason (e.g., weather conditions), then remaining elements of prize or prize components shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Prize winner and/or his/her travel guest(s) must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into a hotel, cruise or resort. All other expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are winner's sole responsibility including, but not limited to, taxes, air transfers, government fees, unspecified ground transportation, meals, gratuities, hotel incidentals, telephone calls, port charges and taxes, government fees, shore excursion(s), souvenirs, gift shop purchases, spas, meals in alternate dining venues, travel documents, service charges and travel insurance premiums, trip and travel insurance, and required immunizations if applicable.
If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except it is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prizes. Prize elements may not be separated. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used.
Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The prize winners shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local taxes and/or local laws and regulations, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more and must submit a validly executed IRS Form W-9 to claim prize.
VI. RELEASES By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Disney/ABC Domestic Television, WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, and Facebook (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
List of winners and these rules will be posted on www.livewithkellyandmark.com for at least 30 days after winners are finally determined.
