OFFICIAL RULES
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”) 77 West 66th Street, New York, NY 10023.
II. ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of February 14th, 2018 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Disney/ABC Domestic Television, WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to nominate or be nominated. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter, go to www.livewithkellyandmark.com during the entry period (February 14th to February 15th 2018) and select the “Red Carpet Giveaway” option on, which will take you to the entry form. On that form, enter requested contact information (name, email address, telephone number(s), etc.) that will be used to contact you if you are selected as a winner.
Viewers can only enter once during the sweepstakes.
Odds of winning a prize depends on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
LIVE can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your registration.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes.
Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form. Except as otherwise addressed by these rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
One (1) winner will be selected at random following the entry period from all submissions received according to the schedule below:

Potential Winner will be notified by telephone following the end of the entry period on 2/15/18. If contact with one of the winners is not successfully made on 2/15/18, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected from the remaining valid entries from the same entry pool. Failure to timely comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for any prize. Each Canadian resident who is a potential winner will be required to answer correctly a mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect a prize.
ALL winners must be available to travel to the Red Carpet Event(s) on March 4th, 2018 and on March 5th, 2018. If Winner(s) are unable to appear on a designated date(s), prize will be forfeited and the potential winner will be disqualified without compensation of any kind.
In the event that a Winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Sweepstakes procedures, is not available to participate or claim the prize during specified dates, or does not respond to Sponsors’ notification of winning within twenty-four (24) hours, then the prize will be forfeited and the potential Winner will be disqualified without compensation of any kind and the next runner-up finalist will be selected to win the prize, time permitting, or Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.
Limit one (1) prize per person for the duration of the sweepstakes.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZES
Three (3) Winners will receive the prize. The Prize will be admission for two (2) to a “Red Carpet Experience” that consists of a pre-Oscar Show Bleacher Admission to watch the Red Carpet arrivals on Sunday March 4th in Hollywood, California and (2) tickets to Live with Kelly and Ryan’s After Oscar Show Monday March 5th, in Los Angeles, California (Airfare and stay are not included) . If the winner cannot attend the events, they will be disqualified.
Winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time of trip.
Prize winner and/or his/her guest(s) must be vetted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to be eligible for the “Red Carpet Experience” that consists of a pre-Oscar Show Bleacher Admission to watch the Red Carpet arrivals.
In the event a winner and/or his or her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and terminate prize with no further compensation.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Disney/ABC Domestic Television, WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, and Facebook (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
List of winners and these rules will be posted on www.livewithkellyandmark.com for at least 30 days after winners are finally determined.
