Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
Directions
Either hand whisk or use an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and light.
Spoon a dollop over a cup of milk of choice with ice in it and stir.
TIP* Can also freeze in a plastic container and scoop out into a cup or mug with milk of choice for a frozen treat
