Ingredients
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder, divided
1 cup butter, at room temperature 4 cups icing sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter until it is light and fluffy. Sift in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add the cashew milk and vanilla extract and continue to beat until they are well combined.
