Mix together skittles, oil, and popcorn kernels in a bowl (works best if you use one color at a time. If you put the whole bag of Skittles the colors blend together and you end up with an orange color

Add the mixture to a medium heat pan.

Cover and move pan over heat

Remove from heat when you hear the popping slow down

After poppping each color separately, add the different colors to the same bowl for the rainbow effect. Its tart so you might want to add some sugar.
