Ingredients
2 pounds chicken pieces
2/3 cup dark rum
1/3 freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Orange sliced for garnish
Directions
Place rum, orange juice, orange zest, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, cilantro in a large bowl. Combine with whisk add chicken pieces. Cover and marinate up to 4 hours.
Pre-heat grill and cook chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally.
