Pat Sajak’s Chicago Style Burgers
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. Chopped Beef (use ground round or leaner sirloin)
In a bowl mix-
¼ c Chopped onion,
2 tbsp. Green Pickled Hot peppers,
¼ c Chopped Pickle or Sweet Relish
¼ c Chopped Tomato
3 tbsp. Yellow mustard
Directions
Mix above ingredients together and add to chopped meat. Form 4 patties.
Cook for 3 or 4 minutes per side...to taste.
Place on Poppy Seed Bun
Top with Mustard, Ketchup and Celery Salt to taste
