Ingredients

BBQ SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 cup Blackberry preserves
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
Mix over medium heat until combined

SPRITZ INGREDIENTS
32oz Apple juice
1- 1oz bottle Imitation Butter
1 lb white sugar
Mix ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour in sprayer.

PIT RUB
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder

3- racks St Louis spareribs or babyback ribs.
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Remove membrane from back of ribs. Trim away excess fat. Apply lite coating of oil then medium coat of rub top and bottom.

Goes on 275 degree smoker for 1 hour then start spritzing every 15 minutes for next hour.

After the second hour, wrap in foil and finish cooking until the internal temp between the bone of rib is 207 degrees.

Then unwrap and apply blackberry sauce on top and bottom of rib and put back on smoker for 8 minutes for sauce to set.

Remove and eat
