Josh Capon’s Turkey Chowder
Ingredients
Leftover Turkey
Leftover turkey gravy
2 Onions, rough chopped
4 stalks celery
3 medium potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 leek, quartered, washed, and roughly chopped
Directions
Sweat Onion, celery, and potato over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes begin to break down.
Add turkey gravy and water to cover, and cook low heat for 1 hour.
Chop leftover turkey, and add to soup at the last minute to avoid making the turkey overcooked.
Season to taste.
