Ingredients

4 eggs

1 can condensed milk

2/3 cup lime juice

1/8 cup heavy cream

9" Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell

1 Lime

Directions

Combine 4 egg yolks, 1 can condensed milk, 2/3 cup lime juice and 1/8 cup heavy cream in a blender. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour into a 9" Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes with tin foil over top to prevent browning.

Cut 1 Lime for decoration around pie after baking.

Put in freezer for 2 hours and pull out 30 minutes before serving.
