Air Fryer Lasagna Roll Ups -
Take a cooked lasagna noodle and lay it flat, put a spoon full of ricotta on to the noodle. Add a spoon full of your favorite pasta sauce to the top of the ricotta/noodle. Cut one mozzarella stick in half and add that in the middle of the noodle and roll it up. Place vertically in the airfryer and cook at 360 until golden brown.

Brazilian Lemonade-
Add 4 limes cut in half into a blender, Add 4 cups of water, Blend on high for 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a bowl. Pour the mixture back into the blender, add half a can of condensed milk. Add 2-4 handfuls of ice to the blender and blend. Once smooth, serve.

Chicken Skin Dumplings-
Skin a chicken.. yuck. lol. Take Chicken breasts, cut them into cubes and throw them into a food processor. Into the processor add one chopped bell pepper, one chopped onion, a dash of salt, dash of pepper, dash of garlic powder, dash of onion powder, dash of chicken rub, 3 cloves of garlic and half a cup of heavy cream. BLEND. Put a spoon full of the mixture into the center of the chicken skin, roll up and tie off with twine. Deep fry at 375 for 6-9 min or until golden brown.

Fake Baklava -
Before starting make sure phyllo dough is completely defrosted according to the package directions. Take two sheets of dough at a time and crinkle them place them into your baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray bake them for 10 minutes at 350° then after 10 minutes pour your melted butter on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes while that’s in the oven go ahead and make your simple syrup (recipe below) and combine your eggs sugar milk and vanilla whisk well then pour that over your Phyllo dough and bake an additional 30 minutes until golden brown. Top it off with simple syrup and if desired garnish with pistachios.
