(Serves 2)

½ cup cashews
2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
2 tbsp. cacao powder
3 dates (pitted or take pits out)
1/8 tsp. sea salt (Himalayan pink salt)
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. cinnamon


Blend above on high till creamy, then add:

6 tbsp. chia seeds

Blend on low speed for 1 minute to keep chia intact, OR mix chia in with a spoon (gently stir), then set in refrigerator for 5 hours. Garnish with cacao nib shavings.

SWAP FOR dessert for breakfast!
