Ashanti’s “Good Good” Grilled Teriyaki Salmon with Grilled Asparagus
Ingredients
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon sazon seasoning
4 salmon fillets
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
Also- Asparagus for a side
Directions
Brush Salmon with soy sauce
Place salmon filets individually in foil
Add all seasonings, peppers and onions top and bottom
Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce
Close foil for each salmon fillet
Grill on each side for 8-10 mins
Grilled Asparagus
Brush asparagus lightly with olive oil.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place directly on the grill for 5 minutes.
