“Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off” VIEWER VOTE SWEEPSTAKES
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly and Ryan (“LIVE”) and Disney/ABC Domestic Television (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”) 77 West 66th Street, New York, NY 10023.
II. ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of May 25, 2018 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Buena Vista Television, LLC, WABC-TV, “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to nominate or be nominated. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Viewers should watch “Live with Kelly and Ryan” from June 1, 2018 to August 10, 2018. There will be weekly “Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off” cooking segments that will appear on the broadcast show and later online on or around 10:00AM ET each week starting Friday June 1st, 2018.
TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Viewers can enter their “Vote” on the “Live with Kelly and Ryan” Facebook page or on the livewithkellyandmark.com website. Entrants will receive (1) one entry into the drawing for the Weekly Entry Period “Vote” they submit (See timing details below).
To enter on the website, select the “Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off” option on www.livewithkellyandmark.com.
To enter on Facebook directly, go to the “Live with Kelly and Ryan” Facebook page (www.facebook.com/LIVEKellyAndRyan), and click on the “Fired Up Friday” tab to fill out the entry form. Then, “Like,” “haha,” “Love,” or “Wow” (accepted icons shown in the table below) the week’s “Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off” video to “vote” and enter into the sweepstakes. For Facebook entries, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook as this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Facebook.
After each weekly cooking segment, viewers can go online to “Like” on Instagram, “heart” and “Re-Tweet” original Tweet on Twitter, “Like” on YouTube, “heart” on “Live’s” website, plus “Like” and “Share” on Facebook to rate (“vote”) that week’s “Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off” finalist recipe (voting specifics defined below). All of the means of “voting” will be tallied at the end of each voting period. The “vote” for that week’s recipe/ chef can be submitted starting at 10:00AM ET and ending at 3:00pm ET on the Wednesday the week after the Finalist’s cooking segment airs. (Timing schedule below). (Votes cast on Instagram, YouTube and Twitter will not be entered into the Sweepstakes, but will count in the overall tally of votes towards determining the Food Category Block winner.)

Sponsor can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or successful submission of your entry. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form. Except as otherwise contemplated by these Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for these Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received each sweepstakes period.

In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
IV. HOW AND WHEN SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
One (1) winner will be selected at the end of each Food Category Block period, by a random drawing from all the entrants, (from the sum two (2) public voting entry pools which count towards the Sweepstakes (“Live’s” website, and Facebook) entries) from all the submissions received in the entry period (for each Food Category Block (three (3) Food Category Blocks in total) Those who cast their votes via Instagram, YouTube and Twitter are not entered into the Sweepstakes entrant pool (but their votes do count in the overall tally to determine the winner of the Food Category Block). The winner per Food Category Block will be selected at random from all the submissions received during the current food category block’s public voting entry window (see chart below).

Sponsor may or may not draw and/or announce the winner’s name on air.
Potential Winners will be notified by email by a “Live” employee each Wednesday following the end of an entry period, starting on or around Wednesday, June 20, 2018. If contact with the winner is not made within three days (3 days) of the drawing date, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected from the remaining valid entries from the same entry pool. Failure to timely comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for any prize. Each Canadian resident who is a potential winner will be required to answer correctly a mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect a prize.
In the event winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random from the same entry pool as the original entry was selected.
Limit one (1) prize per person for the duration of the sweepstakes.
Entrants may not have won a prize from “Live” in this contest within the last 60 days.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZE(S)
One (1) Winner will receive a Prize at the end of each Food Category Block, three (3) winners in total for the duration of “Fired Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face Off”. The Prize will be a $500 USD gift card to OMAHA STEAKS (“Prize”). Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except it is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prizes. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The prize winners shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local taxes and/or local laws and regulations, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more and must submit a validly executed IRS Form W-9 to claim prize.
The ARV's of all prizes are furnished by the prize suppliers.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Disney/ABC Domestic Television, WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, and Facebook (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
List of winners and these rules will be posted on www.livewithkellyandmark.com for at least 30 days after winners are finally determined.
