Michael Symon’s Hot Honey Mustard Popcorn
Ingredients
4 ears of corn, husks on
2 sticks of butter
2 tbl hot honey
2 tbl Pickled Mustard Seeds (
click here for recipe)
2 tbl chopped flat leaf parsley
Directions
Using the above ingredients, mix in brown sugar, and salt.
Toss with ½ c popped corn, bake for 20-30 min.
Top with pickled mustard seeds after removing from oven.
